How-How Diagram
The how-how diagram is a simple method that is used to generate multiple ideas to solve a specific problem. It provides an effective structure for organizing possible ideas and solution options all in one place. It works by repeatedly asking ‘How can this be solved?‘ until you can no longer break the answers any further. Multiple answers can be given for a single question, and therefore the result can be represented in a hierarchical tree format. #HowHowAnalysis #HowHowDiagram

A Project Closure is often used to bring the project to its final state. It is a report that provides a formal way for closing the project and a place to record the final project outcome. It also allows to release the team from the project and formally hands off the project to the process owner. #ProjectClosure | Project Closure |
Why-Why Diagram
A why-why diagram is an extension of the 5 Whys approach where they are similar in that they both ask the same Why question multiple times. However, a why-why diagram is used to identify the root causes of a problem when there are multiple factors to consider. There may be multiple answers at each stage, and each of these answers need to go through a separate process of the why-whys analysis. #WhyWhyDiagram
