Peter Pettigrew (c. 1960 — March 1998), AKA by his nickname "Wormtail", was a wizard. He began attending Hogwarts School in 1971 and was sorted into Gryffindor house. He became one of the Marauders and was a member of the Order of the Phoenix during the First Wizarding War. However he betrayed the Potter family and after Voldemort's downfall, he faked his own death and framed Sirius for his betrayal
