Oven baked beef ribs
Low and Slow Ribs: Foil line baking sheet for easy clean-up. Brush ribs, I mean really brush ribs well with sauce. Bake at 225 for 5 1/2 hours. At the halfway mark, take them out and brush them again and return to oven. Load on the sauce. Finally at the 5 1/2 hour mark take them out and lightly brush them one more time and enjoy
Fall Off The Bone Ribs - Don't tell your guests, but these ribs are actually really simple to make. They require very little hands on cooking time. All you have to do is put the dry rub on the ribs, wrap them up in foil, bake them in the oven for 3 hours and then finish them off on the grill with some BBQ sauce.
OMG!! That is all I can say...this turned out just like it said it would!! They are falling off the bone as I try to get them out and do the last step!! They taste wonderful!! They were so easy to make...the BEST ribs I think I have ever had....but I know they are the best I have ever made!!! So tender...so easy...and so delish!!!!!!!!! I MUST TRY for anyone following my board!!!!!
Preheat oven to 300°. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and cook ribs for 2 hours. Increase the oven temperature to 350°. Remove the aluminum foil and baste ribs with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking for 45 minutes, basting with sauce every 15 minutes. The ribs should easily separate with a knife and the meat should be fall off the bone tender.
