Corselet of Tutankhamun Tutankhamun wears the blue Khepresh crown and is accompanied by the god Atum and the goddess Iusaaset, his consort. The scene is dominated by a sun disk made from carnelian from which two cobras emerge. The figures are made from gold with inlays of semi-precious stones, ivory, and glass paste. Although royal corselets were known from wall paintings and decorations, a complete one had never been found before the discovery of the tomb of Tutankhamun.
