Chicago Map Project
Burnham Pavillion UNStudio Millenium Park, Chicago, USA Placed in the middle of Millennium Park and framed by Lake Michigan on one side and Michigan Avenue on the other, the Burnham pavilion relates to diverse city-contexts, programmes and scales. The pavilion is sculptural, highly accessible, functioning as an urban activator.
How Chicago could have looked if architectural genius Burnham had got his way! Cityscape based on Burnham's Chicago city plan. Scale 1:5000. We produced this architectural city landscape by creating 3D drawings and then sculptures, and finally moulding and casting in white plaster. A great gift for an architect or design lover?
