‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’: This 1998 release featured Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji in the lead roles. It was the directorial debut of Karan Johar, who made many successful films thereafter. The film was not only successful in India, but it became first Bollywood film to enter the UK cinema top ten.
