Sources of information about arthritis - for reference for myself ie they're not an endorsement. I started with the more traditional ideas so you'll find them at the bottom of the board. I've looked at: diet & exercise for the body, changes in mind, emotions & soul - from all angles and angels and including conventional & complementary therapies and viewpoints. Even if one of the ideas makes a difference then it's worth it.
