Oatmeal Buttermilk Whole Wheat Bread//This bread turned out great! The recipe says you really must have a standing mixer with a dough hook. I have neither, so I just used my hands and it turned out great! It's not a very sweet bread, which is fine. I am pleased with how soft it has stayed. (Homemade bread gets stale quickly.)
