Peyote's menu includes ceviche, tacos and tostadas, alongside contemporary dishes like lamb cutlets with mint habanero and Chilean sea bass with coriander and pineapple sauce. The bar will offer a select wine list, cocktails, and over 100 different kinds of tequila and mezcal.
