This venture hinges on a deliberate blend of ‘French’ and ‘Kitsch,’ with an ardent nod to the owner’s affection for these lovable canines. The cafe’s design expertly marries two seemingly incongruent elements in its pursuit of a playful yet sophisticated ambiance.
