Boncuk Meyhane is located at the famous and popular Nevizade Sokak, which is just off the Istiklal Caddesi. Nevizade Sokak is one of the best places in the world for a boisterous evening meal and people-watching. Boncuk is a great choice on this street. Stick to the fish and seafood here; it's outstanding, whereas other menu items were fairly ordinary.

The beans are roasted on the premises and then ground as finely as cake flour in belt-driven mills that chug away from morning to night.
