The first horizontal line intersects the seventh light up and the second horizontal intersects the second light up.

This photo is powerful, dominant and is visually striking.   The light is reflecting off of the mirrored windows showing different angles of the buildings.    By shooting upwards with the camera the photographer has made the buildings seem more superior.
