Started yesterday with Yoga and I’m gonna start today with Yoga too!! Seriously holding poses and getting deep into stretches is so therapeutic for my stiff body.  So I’ve put together an ‘Awaken Your Body’ morning ritual sequence for you yogis.  Beginners, I have one simpler one coming up for you if you’re struggling with flexibility.
