Richly embroidered bridal/festive 'bindallı entari' (robe). Late-Ottoman urban style, ca. 1900. Probably from Central Anatolia. Velvet adorned with goldwork embroidery (golden metallic thread, applied with the 'Maraş işi'-technique).

Look at this amazing Bindalli and marvel over Turkish talent! It says in other Pinboard that this is Syrian ,but that is wrong. This was only produced in Turkey , but like many other costumes it might have been purchased in Turkey or brought by a Turkish woman who lived in Syria. (Pharyah)
