Malzemeler 

Su bardağı ölçüm 200 ml 
Çember ölçüsü 27*27

Kek için 

200 g un(1 su bardağı+4 yemek kaşığı ama silme değil silme 1 yemek kaşığı 10 gram gelir bu biraz dolu neyse anladın sen😀)
2 yumurta 
100 g toz şeker(5 yemek kaşığı)
100 ml süt(1/2 su bardağı)
50 ml sıvı yağ(5 yemek kaşığı)
50 g toz badem(5 yemek kaşığı fındıklada olur)
10 g kabartma tozu(1 paket)
5 g vanilin(1 paket)
1 çimdik tuz 

Krema için 

250 mı süt(1 su bardağı+Yarım su bardağından 1 parmak eksik)
1 yumurta 
50 g toz şeker(2.5 yemek kaşığı)
15 g nişasta(1 dolu yemek kaşığı)
5 g vanilin(1 paket)

Hazırlanışı 

Öncelikle kek için gerekli olan malzemeleri oda sıcaklığında beklet,ilk olarak kremayı yapalım(Soğuması için az bir zaman lazım)vanilin hariç tüm malzemeleri bir aray

Boston Cream Pie

Sponge cake:
2 eggs 
1 cup sugar
½ cup whole milk
70g unsalted butter 70g
140g all-purpose flour
1¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

Ganache:
¼ cup heavy cream
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped

Pastry Cream:
1/2 Vanilla Bean
1/2 Liter Milk
1/4 tsp salt
120g Granulated Sugar
4 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Large Eggs
50g Butter (unsalted)

Prepare pastry cream:

Add milk and salt and heat on medium/high heat until nearly boiling.
Make sure to stir the milk frequently to prevent burning.
Meantime, in a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and cornstarch until smooth.
Slowly ladle 1/3 of the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture while whisking.
