Reflective Teaching - One way I self-assess and grow! I include a few minutes before transitions (or after, as a calm-down) for students to do this, too. At the end of each day, we take time to reflect on what we learned TODAY. This practice is critical to sound learning and teaching, yet we skip it because we "don't have time." Make time!
