We gave the owners of this California home a visualization for transforming their Mediterranean style home to have a high-end outdoor living space, complete with a new patio and balcony as well as a pool. The stucco is rendered in Benjamin Moore’s Swiss Coffee, which is set off by a new stone veneer detail. It’s easy to imagine many days and nights spent enjoying this updated outdoor living area!

We gave this Georgia home a modern-farmhouse-style overhaul, complete with a beautiful, functional concept for outdoor living in their backyard. Cladding in Benjamin Moore’s Seapearl with trim in Black Beauty offers that go-to black-and-white farmhouse aesthetic. New black doors and updated black windows as well as a new black metal roof complete the look. Next, a beautiful outdoor fireplace with an iron surround offers an extended season for lounging on that outdoor sectional.
We partnered with this homeowner in Louisiana to design the front of their home earlier this year, and they came back to us asking to see what we’d do with the back! We carried on the Benjamin Moore color scheme with Seapearl on the brick and Chelsea Gray on the trim, eaves, soffit, and gutters. We suggested a wooden pergola to cover the back patio. The ground cover includes cut stone, pebbles, and stone and pavers. Such a cozy and inviting outdoor living space!

We love how a few simple upgrades massively improved the rear exterior of this stately red brick home. Most noticeably: A new slate black roof. While we’re looking to the roof, you’ll also notice siding on the dormers (rendered in Olympic Mountains) and a chimney cap that finishes things off nicely. Copper gutters and downspouts dress things up. Finally, improved hardscaping design, including a privacy wall for the hot tub, provides more definition for multiple outdoor living areas.

This client reached out to us to design the rear exterior of their home after receiving their front exterior design earlier this year. We used Sherwin Williams’ Moderne White on the cladding. Our designers recommended extending the pergola to cover the entire deck. New doors freshen up the indoor-outdoor transition. A lovely sun umbrella provides flexible shade for a patio seating area. Finally, special touches include the fountain and outdoor cooking setup.
