Elvis photographed by 13-year-old German fan Angelika Springauf in front of his rented house at Goethestraße 14 in Bad Nauheim, Germany on Monday, March 2, 1959. He was on his way to München (Munich) to meet 18-year-old German actress Vera Tschechowa. Angelika Springauf who was living about a 5 minute walk away from Elvis's home at the time was lucky to meet him and talk to him almost every day. She perceived him as a humble, cheerful and generous person.
