Converting wastefulness to tastefulness, New York-based Canadian artist Aurora Robson has crafted stunning sculptures and built mind-bogglingly beautiful hanging installations. The colors are diverse and exotic, as is the range of abstract shapes. Some appear ethereal, others akin to deep-sea creatures, while some seem to represent natural habitats and inner organs, and all created from discarded plastic bottles and the like.

Ran Hwang is an artist best known for creating intricate, large-scale wall installations featuring materials from the fashion industry such as beads, buttons, pins and thread. Thousands of pins are hammered into wood panels and used to hold buttons or beads. Also, she uses pins to connect yards of thread.
