I've always liked having a "tree" in my classroom to use for showing the change of seasons and for displaying children's artwork. It always makes for a good "group" project. This is how it looks in Sept., before we do anything to it. It is made of rolled kraft paper (in the mailing supply section of the store), and is velcroed to the wall. The trunk is stuffed with newspaper.
