Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup (~264 cal/recipe): 1 T Butter (not margarine) 1 T Sugar 1 T firmly packed Dark Brown Sugar 3 Drops of Vanilla Extract Small Pinch of Salt 1 Egg Yolk ¼ c All Purpose Flour (slightly less than ¼ cup) 2 heaping T of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Melt butter in microwave. Add sugars, vanilla, salt. Stir. Add egg yolk. Stir. Add flour. Stir. Add flour. Add chocolate chips. Stir. Cook in microwave 40-60 seconds. Check beginning at 40 seconds. Do not cook past one minute.
