Back to the tomorrow morning for my am class! BOOM I think I'm gonna probably need a VERY strong coffee! Love this side lying exercise to target those obliques and challenge the balance. I use one blue spring. I'll be throwing this one in tomorrow ladies!

Single leg hamstring pulls from the well. I'm on 1 red spring here and I do both parallel and turned out positions. When clients are ready, and have a great core connection, I add the challenge of moving the arm positions to challenge their balance. A nice way to spice things up!!
