Missing this bendy mama!!! It was so fun getting to visit @robinmartinyoga yoga spots in real life. It was so familiar, yet so foreign because I have only really seen the dock from the same spot. It was pretty cold that day and I'm sure the neighbours thought we were kind of nuts running around doing partner yoga. Such a fun day. Miss you girlie. FLIP YOUR GRIP! A continuation of my previous 2 posts Warm up: DONT SKIP THE WARM UP GUYS 1. Chandra Namaskar 2. Yoga Sequence: King Pigeon Warm up 1 & 2 should take about an hour. YES an hour. Don't be all skippin and cheating Tips: You need very open pecs & shoulders to flip the grip, so if this sequence doesn't help you flip, you need to work on opening those areas (hence warm up) ❤ 1.
