Andrea Palladio (attributed): the church of Santa Lucia, along the Grand Canal; apparently Palladio had produced some drawings for it in 1580, the year of his death, but construction took place circa thirty years later; it was demolished in 1861 to built the new rail-road station which is in fact named after it; elevation, section and plan by Francesco Muttoni's 'Architettura di Andrea Palladio vicentino', 1740-1760.

Eleena Jamils winning design for a Nato High School in Camarines-Sur of the Bicol Peninsula in the Philippines, the project is conceived as a response to the need for a new classroom prototype that is able to withstand strong winds. The prototype consists of 2 identical classrooms and washrooms. Here, the building takes the form of a typical vernacular domestic structure found all over the archipelago and Southeast Asia.
