Honey and cinnamon
I’ve been drinking this Zinger Drink every morning for the past 6 months and I cannot get enough! It’s always the first thing I consume every day. 1 quart warm water 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs apple cider vinegar 1 inch fresh grated ginger root dash of cayenne pepper sweetener of choice (raw honey).boost my immune system, balance pH, aid my digestion, clear my skin I generally drink two of these jars (2 quarts) within an hour of rising. Then, I wait about an hour until I eat my first meal.
