Paint a blank canvas, apply sticky backed plastic heart, water down some left over water based paint and place in the middle of the heart. Using a drinking straw....blow the paint from the centre of the heart to the edge of the canvas. Remove the plastic heart while the paint is still wet and allow it to bleed back into the heart shape. Leave to dry and hang on your wall

Sticky backed plastic taped to the floor-sticky side up- lots of scrap paper- little tots will love sticking bits and bobs to the plastic and it is fairly mess free!! Once finished stick another sheet on top for stained glass effect!!
