7 Days!! INCREDIBLE!! http://www.30dayshred.com.au/ Day1 - Day7: Only been 7 days but I feel great! Lost inches and nearly 4kg! Skin is glowing! Had to mix some exercise with Pilates due to my back surgery but a part for that I have follow the Shred to a T. Cant wait to tone up and see the results in Day 30!
