1 mango or peach, 1 avocado, 1/2 red onion, finely chopped, Juice of 1 lime, plus wedges, cilantro, s & p, canola oil, 2 large mahimahi fillets, 1 tbsp blackening spice, 8 corn tortillas, 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage --- Mix fruit, avocado, onion, & lime juice. Season with cilantro, s & p. 2. Heat grill until hot. Drizzle oil on fish and rub on blackening spice. Cook fish 4 mins. Warm tortillas. Add fish to tortillas. Top with cabbage, fruit salsa, lime wedge.
