Delicate blossoms made of crepe paper will make that summer sipper taste even sweeter. Step 1: Cut 4-inch strips from crepe paper strea-mers. You will need three white strips, one yellow strip, and one green strip for each garnish. Step 2: Dampen fingertips on a wet sponge and roll up the short edges of all three white strips. Then cut a ¼-inch-long slit in the center of each. Step 3: Roll up one long edge of the yellow streamer. Create fringe using scissors: Starting on the rolled-up edge, snip ¾ into the length of the strip. Repeat with a green strip. Step 4: Wrap the fringed yellow length around the straw, 2¼ inches from the top. We used aqua paper straws ($7 for 25; dressmycupcake.com). Adhere with transparent tape. Step 5: Starting at the bottom, slide all three white strips onto the straw. Rotate the petals to arrange then secure with tape.
