30 day/300 ab challenge link up. share your results! - I lost 2.5" around my waist after 30 days. I had to modify quite a few of the exercises at first but after the first 4 days of excruciating pain :P it was amazing how quickly I gained strength! Definitely going to revisit this workout once I've tried a few other things.
