Alexander Rodchenko and Russian Constructivism

Alexander Rodchenko created this "Figure in a Circle" in 1920-1922, I like this due to that fact that it was created in 1920-22 although it looks very futuristic and modern but it also shows movement as it looks like the figure is the circle and not just in one.

Construction no.951919. Alexander Rodchenko (1891-1956) was a Russian artist, sculptor, photographer and graphic designer. He was one of the founders of constructivism and Russian design; he was married to the artist Varvara Stepanova.  He utilized a compass and ruler in creating his paintings, with the goal of eliminating expressive brushwork.
