Anna Olson's marble pound cake - a fab and easy pound cake that tastes divine.  I put half plain flour, half self-rising I also used creme fraiche instead of soured cream (don't ask me what's the difference - no idea) and put a bit more of it than the recipe calls for.   If you have leftovers you can cut the cake super thin and brush with a bit of butter or olive oil and bake on a sheet pan to make delish sweet crackers.
