Since I have been posting a lot of baking I decided to change it up a bit for this week. This week I am featuring "The Biggest Loser" salad and dressing. Now, the salad is really nothing differ.

“The Biggest Loser" salad that almost no one can get enough of. 1 head fresh lettuce, 1 bunch fresh basil, 2 fresh in-season tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1/4 red onion (for dressing)-1/3 cup olive oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper, to taste.

Biggest Loser Salad Ingredients 1 Head of Lettuce ( I prefer romain lettuce) 1 cucumber 2 in season tomatoes 1 Red Onion 1 bunch of basil 3 cup of Olive Oil (for dressing) 4 tbsp of lemon juice (for dressing) 1 tsp of honey (for dressing)
