Homemade Paleo Chocolate Yields: 8 oz. chocolate | 1 C raw cacao powder; ½ C coconut oil; 4 T honey; ½ tsp vanilla; 3-6 drops liquid stevia, optional | Melt coconut oil over LOW heat. Add honey; whisk briefly until dissolved. Add cacao. When gloss forms, remove from heat, whisk until smooth and glossy. Add vanilla, whisk briefly. Spread thinly on a silpat and refrigerate. Break into pieces and serve. Or, use in another recipe.
