Meat, Tomato, and Mozzarella stuffed Zucchini cups! These were amazing!!! I adjusted the recipe just a little based on what I had and like... Instead of seasoning packet mentioned in the recipe, I used oregano leaves, garlic salt, a little pepper, and some paprika...then I cooked them for 20 minutes added the cheese and baked for 10 more minutes. They were incredibly juicy and had a TON of flavor!
