Spinach Egg Cheese Strata - I went heavy on the bread and added some chopped ham and chopped tomato to the spinach mixture. To compensate I also added another two eggs and a little milk. Mine comes for about 1hr and 10min till done. It was super tasty as breakfast for dinner!
