I test out snack recipes for the super bowl that I learned in Texas. | By Justine Kameron | Okay, two bags of frozen meatballs. Pineapple slices. Two cans of pineapple slices drained. Some sweet baby Ray's barbecue sauce. I'm using the hickory and brown sugar but you can use whatever one you like. It's my favorite. These are going to be some sweet meatballs. You want to be very generous with the barbecue sauce because this is what's going to coat those meatballs. We are preparing for Super Bowl Sunday. I'm testing out all my recipes so that I can make sure they're perfect for Super Bowl Sunday. The guys are going to love this. Alright, I used about half of this. Give it a good mix. This is all in my Crock Pot. Okay. Those meatballs were frozen, right? Yes, they were frozen. The best part about the Crock Pot is that once this is all cooked up, you can just set it on warm and have this on the table and people can just help themselves. Mmm, awesome. Okay. Ooh, those pineapple juices and barbecue sauces is going to be so delicious. Alright, go ahead and cover this up. We have our crock pot set to high and it'll be ready so quick. Now, while that's cooking, we're going to get ready for our next game day snack. Okay. Grab your Velveeta. Cream cheese. Make sure it lays flat. Perfect. Ground beef already cooked. Green chilis, salsa. You can use whatever salsa you like. Oh, wow. This actually is so cool. You're putting everything together like this. Yeah and then, of course, Mexican cheese. Oh, wow. There's each little section. I'm going to season it up with some pepper. You can use taco seasoning but I didn't have any so I'm just seasoning some pepper but trust me, the salsa, the chilies, the cream cheese, everything's going to be so flavorful. Now, this game day snack is going to go in the oven and my oven sets at 350 and it's only going to cook for like 20 minutes. This one's super quick. Let's look at that bottom real quick before we pop it in the oven. Look at all that. It's so cool. I love how it's all sectioned off. Yeah, it's going to be delicious. Sweet. Alright. Look at that. All the cheeses are fully melted. So now we're going to give this a good mix. Oh that Velveeta. Everything combined it together for a delicious game day queso. Mm. This is going to be a winner in my house that's for sure. Yeah get some of the salsa in there. Yeah. Okay. Give it a good mix. Look how cheesy and ooey and gooey this is. This is great. My friends are going to love this babe. Yep. Well we're testing it out for Super Bowl so let's let's go ahead and try it. I have my tortilla chips here. Scoop it right in there. Ooh I'm so excited to try this. It's hot. Remember we have those meatballs waiting for us too. So good. You gotta try this right now. Let's go grab the meatballs. Alright so this has been cooking for about an hour and a half to two hours. We're going to go ahead and put this on warm. It's time to try out our meatballs. Oh. It's sizzling. Give it a nice stir. Oh yeah. These are going to be delicious. Can we try one before the big game? Yeah. I mean this is a test run. Grab your toothpicks. Just put some toothpicks right next to the crock pot. It's going to be really hot. So you gotta be careful. Oh it's good huh? That is incredible. How does the pineapple taste? Mm delicious.
