Teaching With Terhune

To keep the anchor charts that I have been teaching out on display I have added a space in the back of my classroom to display them. I have hot glued clothes pins to the wall so I can easily clip them up and change them out to keep them on display. Since I have started to make more and more anchor charts I had to think of a way to store them. I have used hooks and hangers to hang them up. I also printed out labels to easily find the charts I am looking for.

I like this graphic organizer because it will have students think deeper about the book they are reading. Reading Strategies, Reading Activities, Reading Skills, Reading Workshop, Summarizing Activities, Summarizing Anchor Chart, Writing Anchor Charts, Comprehension Activities, Reading Response

St. Patrick's Day - Make A Wish: Lucky 4-Leaf Clover

A FREE page by Expressive Monkey. Use this lucky 4-leaf clover to get to know your students better. As they write a sentence about their wishes for their family, the world, a friend and themselves, you'll be surprised about how much you learn about them. This sheet also reinforces the idea people should think about the world and others instead of only themselves for their wishes.
