Parents: educate your sons & daughters. Punishing the victim perpetuated the sexual objectification of women and the sick notion that men have the power and right to violate a woman's privacy and personal safety. Sexual harassment and assault are absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. More needs to be done in our culture to promote female empowerment and awareness of personal rights, and to have men understand that they MUST treat women with the utmost respect, for women are powerful HUMAN BEINGS with voices
