Using a wall to work on different types of volleyball touches, you can get the thousands of touches you need to develop a specific skill like digging a volleyball. YES, you should still be doing other volleyball drills and playing, but getting 20-30 quality reps of digging a volleyball in 10 minutes or less on a wall a few times a week is a game-changer!
