Are you still single at 40? Me too.

If you've been out of the dating world for years, you can start to lose hope that you'll find a potential mate. You may think it's outside forces working against you, but the truth is that you are the reason why you're single. Whether you have low self-esteem, are afraid to commit, or are too boring, you can fix these ills that keep you from your relationship potential.

Cortisol is essential to health. Our bodies normally produce cortisol throughout the day in a cycle—more in the morning as we wake, less in the evening to prepare us for sleep—to support our daily physical and emotional well-being. But when cortisol levels become higher or lower than normal for prolonged periods, that wellbeing can be severely compromised.

There are a ton of benefits of being single but you must practice self love if you want to learn how to be happy alone.
