It's hard to physically prepare for the Air Force when you don't know where to start. Come ready for Air Force basic training by having and following a workout plan for bmt. Get strong and confident in your own abilities in this 8 week course.

Follow this workout routine 5-6 times a week to prepare for Basic Combat Training (BCT). Customize the workout with additional exercises and remember to stretch before and after. Stay hydrated by drinking at least 1 gallon of water daily. Good luck on your fitness journey!

So this is what I call my "Before Basic Training" workout. I do it 5-6 X's a week for best results so I'm not out of shape when I get to BCT. You can add more things to this workout if you please. Always stretch before and after workout. Drink lots of water. I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day. Best of luck!!!
