Fossil Creek is a perennial river in central Arizona, located near the community of Strawberry. The headwaters of the creek begin at Fossil Springs, a rare and powerful spring in Arizona, which produces upwards of one million gallons of water per hour creating beautiful blue clear streams and pools! Lake Pleasant Regional Park is located in Morristown Arizona just outside Phoenix AZ. Within the park there is a restaurant called Dillon’s Bayou at Pleasant Harbor. It was a super fun eatery that is literally floating right on the lake! fishing, swimming, hiking, picnicking, wildlife viewing and the playground. The Discovery center is open for exploring too.
