Sarah-Lynn made this sweet Elizabeth Hartman's 'Bjorn Bear' quilt for her 3 year old grandson's birthday next month. She used a solid beige background and sashing, and the bears are pieced using a fat quarter bundle of Woolies Flannels from Runaway Quilting. Love the addition of the bear wearing glasses. Kim made this super sweet Bjorn Bear quilt, pattern by Elizabeth Hartman, for the arrival of a new grandchild in California. I really liked her thinking on this one as she said California's state animal is the bear so it only made sense she pick a bear out of all the cute animal patterns on the market these days!
