By using the incline and decline features of the bench, we can work the muscles in both lengthened and shortened positions. This can help promote muscle growth because it provides a new stimuli for our muscles as they adapt to what we have been doing- basically it’s a new way to challenge them!   And it can offer more support in various exercises like a lat row or split squat so we can have optimal form.   📌 To use this as a workout: do 8-10 of each exercise, 2 rounds!
