I started making this drink to help with milk production as well as encouragement to drink more water. It is so easy to make and I swear by it helping your milk output. Fill a 64ounce water bottle with ice, pour in one 12ounce body armor (should be about half) , fill to the 48 ounce line with coconut water, top off with water. Turn upside to combine. Sip on it through out the day to help with milk production and hydration!!! I used the strawberry banana flavor body armor to get this color
