I finished up the International Embroidery Month Crabapple Hill Stitch-along project this week - the embroidery part at least! I added a narrow border around the outside - a leftover scrap of the pink I used as the backing and binding of Scrappy Hearts and Nine-Patches. I alco pieced a scrappy backing for it, using the paper-pieced hearts I was playing with in February. Today I'll be putting in some slow-stitching time as I get started on hand quilting this.
