With 4 dogs and a 4 year old constantly tromping through the house our floors get incredibly dirty incredibly quickly so I have to vacuum, sweep and mop them almost daily which can get a little annoying and time consuming. That is why I love my Swiffer Wet Jet when it comes to moping my floors, its so convenient and time saving. The only bad part is the cost of the solution and pad refills, its kind of ridiculous how much they charge! That is why when I saw this hack from Do It Yourself…

I am in love with my Swiffer Wet Jet. With 4 kids I end up using my Wet Jet at least every day, if not multiple times a day. I'm okay with purchasing the pads (I buy the off-brand and they work great, although you can make them if you really want to with old socks) but I don't want to spend the money on the cleaning solution. Not only does the solution have a ton of chemicals that I'd prefer not to walk on (we take our shoes off at the front door to help keep the carpets clean),
