Hi everyone. Today I'm sharing a few of the Christmas cards I've made in the past week. I fell well behind making my cards in advance this year. Most of the ones I have made went to charity, so I thought I would take advantage of the large stash of beautiful foil card stock I had and make quick cards using embossing folders and die-cuts. A lovely challenge today Shirley and Shelley ... it's 'swirls'. As the EF is not square, I dry embossed the top half of the panel and then moved it down to emboss the lower half. I die cut JOY twice and glued together to make it a little firmer for posting. I popped it up with foam pads. Another Christmas card made!

The BetterPress system gives a nice, deep impression of whatever image you're using, and these pine boughs are no exception. When combined with a 3D embossing folder of more pine boughs for a backdrop, we get some lovely textures! One note about the BetterPress system...get the recommended paper, too.
