this is only the last part. before this is multiple sections focused on my insecurities. i wrote things to hype me up and get myself over it and to be quite honest, it does help. i would actually recommend making one of these, but don’t make it when you are currently feeling insecure. write it when you’re feeling confident so there is only positive messages to read when you are feeling bad.
